Our Head Chef Luke Davenport, is busy putting together a 5-course feast menu for Valentine’s Day this year.

Selection of house pickled and fermented vegetables
Puffed tapioca crisps, black garlic aioli

Salad of mixed beets, whipped tofu, fermented Jerusalem artichoke


Confit duck, king brown mushrooms, rhubarb, fennel
Green bean salad, nectarine, almonds


White chocolate mousse, mango, fresh passionfruit, brown butter sponge
